Named after Colombia's ancient Calima Culture of the high western Andes Mountains, Calima Verde is a steamed green tea containing many furled "needles." This neatly finished tea has the marked character of a traditional Chinese green tea with a sublime refreshing taste, no grassy or bitter notes and a pleasing brewed tea liquor that is lemon-green in color.
Amount: 2 grams of loose tea per cup of water (a pinch)
Temperature: 175 degrees (When small bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot)
Steep time: 2 - 3 minutes
