Grown in Panchthar, Nepal at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this white tea consists of young leaves and buds, making it a very "tippy" tea. The leaves are hand-plucked before withering and drying in natural sunlight. This minimal processing results in a lighter feel than green or black teas, along with a pale yellow liquor. White Sunrise has a distinctive citrus aroma and flavor, reminiscent of fresh oranges. It is grown organically, but it is not yet certified.
